The Opportunity

As a Learning Experience Developer, you will design and implement the technology infrastructure and learning systems that enable both internal teams and our external Expert Contributor network. This role is a blend of instructional design, user experience design, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design centralized learning hubs and configure learning platforms.
• Create information architecture and develop end-to-end learning journeys.
• Build assessment, certification systems and gamification elements.
• Establish data infrastructure to track and analyze learner progress.
• Implement A/B testing frameworks and engagement triggers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years in learning design, educational technology, or related fields.
• Proven record in building learning systems and creating engaging user journeys.
• Expertise in learning technology ecosystems (LMS, LXP) and data analytics.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with short-term MVP delivery.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in mapping content to competencies and skills taxonomies.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma and knowledge of AI/ML applications in learning.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for tier 1 locations is between $130,000 and $240,000 plus equity compensation, along with comprehensive benefits.
