Job Overview
The Innovation Diplomacy Director - GCC will lead SNC's efforts in expanding relationships and activities in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. This role requires generating, managing, and cultivating opportunities that introduce and integrate Israeli innovation and knowhow to address major regional challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of regional needs and challenges.
- Translate challenges into medium and short-term actionable work plans.
- Research potential partners and decision makers.
- Manage relationships with organizations, government officials, and investors.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Comms to promote Israeli tech in the GCC.
- Prepare detailed reports on business relations and opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 7 years experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the region.
- Familiarity with major GCC countries and established contacts is preferred.
- Understanding of the Israeli innovation and technology landscape.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; Hebrew and Arabic are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout the region.
- Excellent written, oral, and digital presentation skills.
