As a Customer Success & Facility Manager, your role will be to support your manager in the daily management of a portfolio of Parisian office spaces. Your objective: to ensure optimal quality of experience while developing a concrete understanding of real estate and operational management. *Your main missions will be:* 1. **Operational & Quality Monitoring of Spaces** * Conduct on-site control visits (cleanliness, maintenance, furniture, equipment). * Identify anomalies and help organize interventions (technicians, service providers). * Participate in writing visit reports and monitoring corrective actions. 2. **Client Relations & Support** * Contribute to the smooth onboarding of new clients. * Respond to their daily requests (small arrangements, specific needs). * Participate in implementing solutions during incidents or dissatisfactions. 3. **Service Provider Monitoring** * Assist in monitoring contracts for cleaning, security, plants, etc. * Verify the quality of services and report discrepancies. * Participate in tenders or service provider benchmarks. 4. **Administrative Support & Reporting** * Update monitoring tools (Excel, Notion…). * Participate in reporting on space performance (satisfaction, incidents, budgets). * Prepare summaries for meetings with lessors and clients. **The Plus Points of the Offer:** * An immersion into the world of a fast-growing startup, and the opportunity to develop skills in managing demanding B2B clients. * A supportive, dynamic work environment conducive to skill development and growth. * Pleasant offices in the heart of Paris (with a terrace), regular events, and a monthly sports & wellness subscription 100% covered by the company ☀️Profile Sought:
