Role Overview
The Senior Manager, eCommerce & Digital Marketing leads digital sales, performance marketing, conversion strategy, and lifecycle management for consumer hardware and wearable products. Reporting to the Senior Director, Media and Channel Marketing, this role drives end-to-end digital commerce performance from traffic generation to conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital commerce strategy for Snap's hardware portfolio.
- Manage customer journey from traffic acquisition to checkout conversion.
- Lead mid- and lower-funnel paid media and search strategies.
- Build integrated SEO and SEM programs to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Insights, and Regional Marketing teams.
- Define KPIs, analyze data, and continuously optimize digital performance.
- Oversee media budgets aligned to performance and growth objectives.
- Track emerging digital commerce technologies and consumer behaviors including AR/VR/XR.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership and ability to navigate complex organizations.
- Deep expertise in SEO/SEM, paid media, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
- Analytical mindset with experience managing large budgets and driving revenue growth.
- Effective stakeholder management and collaborative approach.
- Passion for Snapchat and digital innovation.
Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing or performance growth roles.
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional workstreams.
- Proven track record in driving measurable revenue growth via DTC channels.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury, tech, or lifestyle consumer goods marketing.
- Strong leadership and global stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven strategic thinker comfortable with creative and analytical domains.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Additional Information
Snap practices a “default together” policy, requiring team members to work in the office 4+ days per week. Snap is an equal opportunity employer and provides accommodations under applicable law.
Compensation
Salary is determined by pay zones with base ranges from approximately $178,000 to $313,000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
