Role Overview: Manager Global Brand Experience
As a member of the Global Brand Experience team, you will spearhead the conception, strategic planning, and end-to-end execution of experiential marketing activations. You will own large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, and possibly manage direct reports. Your projects will include signature brand experiences, industry event presences, and activations that reflect Snap’s culture and values globally.
What You’ll Do
- Lead ideation and conceptualization of Snap’s brand experiences.
- Plan and execute global projects and events.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and operational plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Comms, Partnerships).
- Manage vendors, negotiations, and contractual agreements.
- Contribute to team strategy and identify new opportunities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Exceptional planning and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Google, Apple, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in high-performance roles, including event planning. Preferred experience in creative, tech, or media industries and managing company-wide global initiatives. A passion for Snapchat and creativity is essential.
Work Environment
Snap practices a 'default together' policy, requiring team members to work in-office 4+ days per week. Snap is committed to diversity and equal opportunity in employment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary is determined by work location and pay zones. Additional compensation includes equity (RSUs) and comprehensive benefits such as parental leave, medical coverage, mental health support, and long-term success sharing.
