The Legal & Policy Team
This dedicated in-house team acts as law firm, policy consultant, lobbyist, thought partner and advisor. They work on privacy, product, IP, commercial transactions, corporate governance, employment and more.
The Role: Compliance Investigations Manager
In this role, you will join Snap’s Integrity & Compliance Team to manage and lead investigations and support the ethics program guided by Snap's values of Kind, Smart, and Creative.
What You’ll Do
- Case Management and Investigations: Triage and scope I&C cases, coordinate with HR, Legal, InfoSec, security, and business partners; manage external and internal investigations; maintain documentation and helpline systems; and drive continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Maintain case reports and draft summaries; identify trends and recommend risk mitigation measures.
- Ethics Program Support: Update policies, address inquiries and manage conflict of interest disclosures.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years experience in In-House, Law Firm or Government investigation roles. A strong work ethic and team-first mindset are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling Codes of Conduct, Whistleblower, Anti-Bribery and other integrity and compliance policies.
Work Environment
Snap practices a “default together” policy, expecting team members to work in-office at least 4 days per week at Santa Monica, San Francisco, or Bellevue.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary is determined by pay zone and varies based on skills, experience, and location. The role is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs. Comprehensive benefits include paid parental leave, medical coverage, mental health support, and more.
