The Role: Corporate Paralegal
As a Corporate Paralegal at Snap Inc., you will partner with Legal, Finance, Strategy, People, and other cross-functional teams on cutting edge legal issues globally. Your responsibilities include assisting with public reporting, SEC filings, corporate governance, and entity management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain executive officer and director beneficial ownership records and file Section 16 filings.
- Coordinate and prepare board meeting materials including memos, minutes, and resolutions.
- Manage global entity administration including formation, dissolutions, and statutory filings.
- Draft agreements and certificates and continuously improve internal templates.
- Support acquisitions and investments with due diligence, integration, and closing mechanics.
- Assist with SEC and NYSE requirements including Form 8-Ks, registration statements, and stockholder meetings.
- Contribute to establishing best practices across corporate legal and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Experience in a fast-growth technology company as a paralegal.
- Familiarity with corporate governance, SEC, M&A, entity management, and investment principles.
- Outstanding analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple internal clients and maintain confidentiality under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to adapt and wear many hats across teams.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications
- B.A. or equivalent experience with 3+ years paralegal experience.
- Experience with corporate legal teams in-house or at a law firm.
- Preferred: J.D. degree and familiarity with entity management software.
Work Arrangement & Company Policy
Snap Inc. practices a “default together” policy, requiring team members to work in an office at least 4 days per week to build culture and enhance collaboration.

Compensation
The pay zone is determined by location. In Zone A (CA, WA, NYC), the hourly range is $47.11-$70.19, with eligibility for RSUs. Final compensation is based on skills, experience, and market conditions.
