About the Role

The Corporate Paralegal at Snap Inc partners with the Legal, Finance, Strategy, People, and other cross-functional teams on cutting edge legal issues globally. You will assist in public reporting requirements, SEC filings, corporate governance, and entity management.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain executive officer and director beneficial ownership and file Section 16 filings.
  • Coordinate board meeting materials for domestic and international entities.
  • Manage global entities including formation, dissolutions, and annual reports.
  • Draft agreements, certificates, and improve legal templates and processes.
  • Assist with acquisitions, investments, due diligence, and closing mechanics.
  • Support securities requirements including Form 8-Ks, registration statements, and stockholder meetings.
  • Implement best practices for corporate legal and cross-functional teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Applicants should have paralegal experience in a fast-growth technology environment, familiarity with corporate legal matters including governance, SEC, M&A, and a strong ability to manage multiple internal clients with tight deadlines. Confidentiality, analytical, communication, and organization skills are essential.

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.A. or equivalent years of experience
  • 3+ years paralegal experience, with some in corporate legal

Preferred Qualifications

  • J.D. degree
  • Experience with entity management software

Work Environment

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation varies based on location and experience with hourly ranges provided for different zones in the United States. This role is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs, plus comprehensive benefits including paid parental leave and medical coverage.
