Overview
Snap Inc is a technology company focused on innovation through its camera products, including Snapchat, Lens Studio, and Spectacles. The Legal & Policy Team acts as an in-house law firm, advisor, and policy consultant to manage risks and promote ethical operations. As the Compliance Investigations Manager, you will be joining Snap’s Integrity & Compliance Team to manage internal investigations and support the company’s ethics program.
Case Management and Investigations
Manage and triage Integrity and Compliance cases by gathering case materials from HR, Legal, InfoSec, Global Security, and business partners. Oversee both externally and internally managed investigations, including liaising with outside counsel, conducting interviews, and developing remediation recommendations. Maintain meticulous documentation and update cases in all relevant systems.
Reporting
Prepare and maintain accurate I&C case reports, draft case summaries, identify emerging patterns or risks, and offer recommendations to mitigate compliance risks.
Ethics Program Support
Support Snap's ethics program by updating policies, handling team inquiries, and reviewing conflict of interest disclosures.
