We are seeking a Client Partner to join our team, responsible for building and nurturing partnerships with brands and agencies to expand their digital presence on Snap. This role requires strong presentation and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prioritize, and secure new business opportunities.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional sales and operational customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and execution.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
- Create compelling sales presentations utilizing market trends and case studies.
- Educate clients on Snapchat products and best practices.
- Create, own, and execute strategic approaches for assigned accounts to unlock and elevate relationships.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend enhancements.
- Communicate and evolve client thinking to align with Snap's success principles, balancing client goals.
- Maintain strong client relationship health, identify advocacy gaps, and seek internal support.
- Dynamically present, confidently challenging clients creatively for long-term mutual business benefit.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Extensive knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
- Ability to perform effectively in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and partner with C-Level executives.
- A proven ability to win the support of key stakeholders.
- A strong team player and collaborator.
- Experience running Weekly Office Hours, QBRs, arranging or leading top-to-tops, and comfort with senior-level engagement sessions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising.
- Ability to travel as needed.

- Proven track record of growing top-to-bottom relationships with both clients and agencies.
- Demonstrated success in reaching and exceeding sales goals.
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.

Compensation
Compensation varies by pay zone. The base salary range for this Client Partner position in Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) is $107,000-$161,000 annually. Zone B ranges from $102,000-$153,000 annually, and Zone C from $91,000-$137,000 annually. This role is also eligible for a sales incentive program and equity in the form of RSUs. Starting pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
