Job Summary
The People Partner, Technology is responsible for partnering with leaders in Engineering, Product, and Data to support a technology-driven, rapidly growing environment. This role supports key HR initiatives and works directly with teams building our unified platform and Connect 360 product.
What You Will Do
- Act as a trusted advisor for people leaders and individual contributors.
- Champion company values including Courage, Integrity, and Together.
- Coach managers on team building and performance management.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on organizational health.
- Partner on strategic talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Learning & Organizational Development.
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee relations matters.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years progressive HR experience in tech environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Management, or related field.
- Senior HRBP experience in high-growth SaaS or platform environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile, distributed teams, and technical compensation.
- Proven ability to handle complex ER issues with discretion.
- Expertise across key HR functions like talent acquisition, benefits, and payroll.
