Job Summary

The Partner Operations Specialist collaborates with team members to monitor and troubleshoot daily eligibility, accumulator, and claims file issues while supporting both internal teams and partner integrations.

What You Will Do

  • Execute rotating task assignments for monitoring file flows and data syncing.
  • Manage account structure updates for eligibility and accumulator requirements.
  • Validate system configurations using inbound data from external partners.
  • Identify issues, create tickets, and follow-up on resolutions.
  • Offer process improvement feedback to leadership and document workflows.
  • Serve as a mentor and trainer for new team members.
  • Collaborate with member support and customer success teams.
  • Support system enhancements for workflow automation and partner integration.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on plan design configuration for assigned groups.
  • Monitor claims adjudication processes including eligibility, accumulators, reporting, and data syncing.
  • Assist in new partner integrations and client implementations.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve account onboarding and maintenance issues.
  • Ensure data partner connections are maintained and established as approved.
  • Contribute to projects beyond daily task assignments.

What You Will Bring

  • 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a related role.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including report building and interpretation.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Looker, Datadog, Jira, Tableau, and/or Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills and a self-starter mentality.
  • Execution-focused approach in problem solving and efficiency.
  • Ability to work flexibly under fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
