Your Role as a Java Developer

As a Java Developer at Smile, you'll be part of our adventure, where each day is a new opportunity to build solutions that exceed client expectations (and yours!) 🧑‍🚀👩‍🚀

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of new features.
• Maintenance and improvement of existing systems.
• Participation in code reviews and unit tests.
• Collaboration with product and QA teams.
• Resolution of technical problems and performance optimization.
• Technological watch and knowledge sharing.

Technical Environment:

You will work in an Open Source environment ☕:

• Java Backend Expertise: Spring/Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs, Java EE.
• Front Development: Angular, React, Vue.js.
• Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes.
• DevOps & Automation: Jenkins, GitLab CI, infrastructure as code (IaC), Ansible.
• Databases & Data Research: SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), Elasticsearch, Solr.

Your Profile:

Do you have 3 or more years of experience in Java and master Object-Oriented Programming concepts? Great! We bet you also tick these boxes:
