As an E-Commerce Business Analyst at Smile, you will be part of our adventure where every day is a new opportunity to build solutions that exceed the expectations of our clients (and yours!).

Your Role as an E-Commerce Business Analyst

Integrated into the 'Customer Solution' team for one of our major clients, a global leader in the industry and comfort solutions sector, you will support a significant digital transformation: the implementation of a unified platform intended to become the 'heartbeat' of the customer experience (B2B and B2C).

Your mission will be resolutely oriented towards Delivery and platform expertise. You will play a pivotal role in migrating from a specific architecture (Contentful, Algolia) to a full Adobe Commerce Cloud ecosystem. Your responsibilities include:

  • Analysis and Design: Conduct in-depth GAP Analyses between the existing architecture and the target Adobe Commerce. Identify business needs and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
  • Delivery Management: Ensure the monitoring of application evolutions, risk management, and the alignment of the IS with defined business processes.
  • Quality and Support: Oversee testing phases, produce reference application documentation, and support users in change management.
  • Optimization: Monitor platform performance indicators (KPIs) and propose evolution paths to ensure high-availability e-commerce service.

Technical Environment

Specifically, you will work in an Open-Source environment:

  • Core Platform: Adobe Commerce Cloud (Magento 2), Hyvä Themes.
  • Architecture & Microservices: Adobe AppBuilder, API-first.
  • Project Management / Ops: JIRA, IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Methodology: Agile / Scrum.

Your Profile

  • 5 years or more of experience in E-commerce Business Analysis, with recognized listening skills and analytical thinking.
  • Confirmed expertise in Adobe Commerce / Magento (essential).
  • Proficiency in modern front-end environments like Hyvä and extensibility solutions such as AppBuilder.
  • Significant experience in writing technical and functional documentation.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (developers, PO, Ops) with a results-oriented approach.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
