SME Careers is seeking a remote Swift Engineer to review and generate high-quality Swift and iOS-focused content. You will be responsible for evaluating AI-generated responses, assessing their accuracy, clarity, and adherence to prompts, and identifying any errors in methodology or understanding. This role involves fact-checking technical details and writing expert-level explanations and model solutions in Swift and iOS. You will also rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring comprehensive understanding of diverse subjects.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to enhance model accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases, validating their reliability across use cases.

Your Profile

• 2+ years of hands-on Swift/iOS development experience.
• Strong understanding of core Swift fundamentals, memory management, and ARC.
• Professional iOS engineering experience shipping or maintaining production mobile applications.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Ability to evaluate code for correctness, maintainability, performance, and UI logic quality.
• Significant experience using large language models (LLMs) to assist with coding, debugging, and code review.
• Excellent English writing skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Highly preferred: Experience with SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine in modern iOS architectures such as MVVM.
• Preferred: Merged pull requests in Swift/iOS open-source projects, competitive programming exposure, or similar evidence of strong algorithmic problem-solving skills.
• Experience reviewing app logic or mobile architecture, with previous AI data training or model evaluation work strongly preferred.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency.
