SME Careers is seeking programming professionals to join a groundbreaking AI training project using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF). In this Python for AI Data Training role, you will review AI-generated code, assess technical accuracy, and provide expert feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Your Profile

Applicants should hold a BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science. You must be an expert in Python, have a strong grasp of algorithms and debugging practices, and possess expert-level English proficiency. Prior experience with RLHF annotation and significant software engineering experience are highly valued.
