About the Role

We are looking for programming professionals to join our AI training project through Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF). In this role, you'll review and assess AI-generated code, evaluate technical accuracy and best practices, and provide expert feedback to train AI systems. You will work with multiple programming languages and solve coding challenges to ensure outputs meet industry standards.

Your Profile

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science is required.
  • Expert in Python with deep algorithm, data structure, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent English proficiency with strong writing and fact-checking capabilities.
  • Prior experience with large language models and RLHF annotation is preferred.
  • Software Engineering experience is strongly preferred, with additional languages as a bonus.
