About the Role

As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead by example at Westfield Century City. Your responsibilities include mentoring your team, creating outstanding client experiences, and driving sales while ensuring a seamless operational flow. You will be instrumental in educating customers on our products and offering personalized styling advice that reflects contemporary Parisian chic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development: Coach and mentor associates to boost sales and customer service.
  • Client Experience & Sales: Build client relationships through personalized service and expert styling guidance.
  • Store Operations & Presentation: Maintain visual standards, manage inventory replenishment, and address customer concerns.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee back-of-house processes, cash handling, KPI tracking, and daily operations.

Who You Are

You have 1–2 years of sales or service experience, preferably with a supervisory background. You are passionate about fashion, a natural leader, and an effective communicator with a flair for client engagement. Ambition to grow into roles such as Assistant Store Manager is a key aspect of this opportunity.
