As a Crypto Data Analyst, you'll turn raw platform and market data into clear, actionable insight. You'll own the metrics behind our exchange — trading volume, liquidity, user funnels, and retention — and give product, trading, and leadership teams the numbers they need to move fast and correctly.What You'll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking trading volume, order flow, liquidity, and revenue.
- Analyze user funnels from sign-up to first deposit to first trade, and identify where users drop off.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests for new platform features.
- Write clean, performant SQL against large datasets and translate results into recommendations.
- Partner with product and trading teams to define KPIs and deliver ad-hoc analysis.
- Present findings through clear data storytelling for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in data or product analytics, ideally in fintech, trading, or crypto.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with a BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar).
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis.
- Solid understanding of crypto markets (spot, derivatives, order books, liquidity).
- Ability to communicate insight clearly to non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
- Experience with product experimentation frameworks.
- Familiarity with on-chain data or exchange back-end data models.
- Prior experience at a crypto exchange, brokerage, or trading firm.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $110,000 – $145,000 / year, depending on experience.
- Performance bonus and equity/token package.
