The Role

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will build and lead world-class engineering teams tasked with designing, implementing, and operating high-quality distributed services that are reliable, scalable, performant, and secure. You will be responsible for recruiting, retaining, and coaching teams and engineering managers to deliver peak performance.

• Coach and mentor teams to achieve peak performance
• Delegate responsibilities and harness collective team strengths
• Focus on team culture and individual growth
• Review designs for safety, resilience, scale, performance, and security
• Collaborate closely with Product and UX Design for optimal user experience

You Will

• Focus on team members to maximize strengths
• Delegate tasks and coordinate cross-team communications
• Ensure thorough testing and scalable deployment plans
• Facilitate priority setting and efficient execution
• Engage with stakeholders including executives and non-technical teams

You Have

• 8+ years in software service development
• 4+ years in a managerial role
• Experience with scalable, customer-facing applications and SaaS products
• Experience in recruiting, team building, and agile methodologies
• A relevant degree or equivalent experience; fluency in English
