Job Description
SmartRent is looking for a Client Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service to our growing user base which includes Property Managers, Leasing Agents, Maintenance Technicians, and Renters. You will play a crucial role in maintaining friendly and personal rapport with our customers while the company scales. This role offers a great career path for the ambitious individual looking to learn, grow, and acquire highly valued technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and identify initial issues.
- Resolve customer requests via email, phone, and chat using ticketing and task management tools.
- Escalate issues to the Engineering team when necessary.
- Improve documentation, processes, and knowledge base with your suggestions.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of international voice call experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle calls, chat, email and messaging.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (On-site).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technical support capacity handling customer calls.
- Familiarity with support ticket systems.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Hardware/Software or SaaS Solutions.
- Experience with smart home devices troubleshooting.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
