About the Role
Launch your career in technical writing with Smartly's Launchpad Program! As a Smartly Launchpad Technical Writer, you'll dive into user assistance, create purposeful content in writing and video, and work with a global product alongside bright minds in content and tech.
Program Details
This is a tailored 6-month program with the potential for a permanent role. You will work full-time (37.5 hours/week) and operate in a hybrid setup from our Helsinki office (minimum 3 days in-office per week). Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis with a start date ideally in January 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality user assistance content in text and video.
- Collaborate with top talent within our content and tech teams.
- Master documentation processes, tools, and practices.
- Directly help customers by solving technical challenges.

- Experience in technical writing via internships, side projects, or roles.

- Understanding of documentation basics such as markdown.
- Expertise in written and spoken English.
