About the Role

Smartly is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our growing Smart Services. In this role, you will learn social media advertising and client communications from the ground-up, setting up, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns across multiple channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set-up, optimise, and report on paid social media campaigns
  • Conduct campaign analysis and provide actionable insights
  • Support weekly syncs and execute customer requests
  • Perform daily optimizations and execute testing roadmaps
  • Learn and utilize Smartly's creative and automation tools
  • Communicate directly with product and engineering teams for tool development

What We Are Looking For

You are a driven, creative individual with a passion for social media advertising and a desire to make an early impact. Key qualifications include media buying experience, a data-focused mindset, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to work EST hours. Experience with Google Ad buying is a plus.
