The Customer Solutions Engineer role at Smartly is a critical position that blends technical expertise with customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a primary technical resource for strategic clients by providing insightful solutions and troubleshooting complex issues using tools such as Python, Node.js, SQL, and AWS.
- Project Management: Lead large-scale technical projects with detailed planning and resource management.
- Customer Relationships: Act as a trusted technical advisor, understanding business goals and tailoring Smartly products to client needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align technical performance with customer requirements.
- Risk and Reporting: Identify risks, ensure technical transparency, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and share technical expertise to foster team growth.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years in technical implementation roles
- 3+ years in software engineering with proficiency in multiple programming languages
- Familiarity with AWS, Lambda, databases and automation frameworks
- Strong project management and customer relationship skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in digital marketing and measurement is a plus
- Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid model
