Introduction
The Integration Support Engineer at SmarterDx will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our integration support function while delighting our clients with domain expertise and quick responses. You will collaborate with Client IT teams, Customer Success, Data Engineering, Network Operations, and Development teams to ensure smooth, scalable, and compliant data integrations.

What You'll Do
- Prioritize quick responses and consistent SLA delivery.
- Maintain detailed system documentation including integration architectures.
- Support and improve technical workflows and create playbooks.
- Monitor integration health and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Manage client communications and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and data security practices.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in EHR healthcare integration roles with hands-on experience in database extracts, HL7v2 interfaces, and/or FHIR.
- Strong SQL skills and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to manage incidents and translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in following SOPs, proactive monitoring, and process improvement.
Nice To Haves
- Certifications in integration engines or healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience with Epic revenue cycle modules or hospital RCM processes.
Our Stack & Compensation
Technologies include AWS, Python, Snowflake, JIRA, Salesforce, and Figma. Compensation ranges from $90K to $120K.
