Why This Role Matters

This role is responsible for driving pipeline from target accounts through coordinated field marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. You will design and execute high-impact engagement programs that combine:

  • Targeted account-based marketing
  • Events (physical, digital, hybrid)

  • Account-specific nurture programs

Your mission is to capture account intent, expand buying group engagement, and generate measurable pipeline from priority accounts. You will partner closely with Sales, Demand Generation, RevOps, and Customer Marketing to create repeatable programs that increase engagement, accelerate deal cycles, and multi-thread relationships within enterprise accounts.

Own and scale Smartcat’s Field Marketing and ABM strategy to drive measurable pipeline, account engagement, and revenue growth. You will build a repeatable account engagement engine that activates target accounts through coordinated programs across events, digital channels, and personalized nurture journeys.

Account-Based Marketing
  • Develop and execute ABM programs targeting priority enterprise accounts

Audit current field marketing, ABM programs, and event performance. Identify opportunities to improve account engagement and intent capture.
  • By Day 60: Launch targeted ABM campaigns and account engagement programs. Align upcoming events and field programs with account strategy. Implement account engagement tracking and reporting. Launch targeted digital nurtures for high-intent accounts.
  • By Day 90: Own Smartcat’s field marketing and ABM program execution. Deliver measurable improvements in account engagement and pipeline generation. Establish a scalable ABM and field marketing playbook. Provide visibility into account engagement, buying group expansion, and pipeline impact.
