Account Management Organization Mission
As part of the Account Management organization, the Customer AI Engineer will play a key role in post-sales delivery and customer success. This role focuses on driving ARR with technical outcomes in strategic accounts by architecting AI workflows that accelerate adoption and deliver measurable quality in multilingual content.
What You Will Be Doing
- Onboard future state workflows by assessing customer pain points and designing optimized Smartcat deployment.
- Design and iterate AI Agents with base prompts, chains of thought, and skills for tailored business outcomes.
- Build and manage API integrations between customer systems and the Smartcat platform.
- Act as the technical lead for enterprise integrations with platforms like Drupal, AEM, and SFCC.
- Own technical outcomes and act as the primary contact to deliver expected quality in translation results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including GTM, Product & Engineering for feature enhancements.
- Apply linguistic expertise to maintain consistency and quality across customer implementations.
- Lead project management and executive communication, ensuring clear alignment and actionable recommendations.
- Build and deliver platform demonstrations to showcase workflow functionality.
What We’re Looking For
- BS/MS in engineering, analytics, or related field with 3+ years in technical deployment.
- Experience with REST APIs, Github, AI SaaS workflows, and enterprise change management.
- Strong troubleshooting and custom solution skills with software like LMS, CMS, PIMs, DAMs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven ability in post-sale support, training, and client relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
