Account Management Organization Mission

As a Customer AI Engineer in the Account Management organization, you will drive ARR growth by delivering technical outcomes in post-sales customer success. You will collaborate with Account Delivery, Solutions Engineering, and Product & Engineering teams to translate customer goals into working solutions using integrations, prompt design, AI agent configuration, and workflow management.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Onboard Future Workflows: Assess customer workflows and design optimal platform deployment to maximize ROI.
  • Design AI Agents & Skills: Create prompts, chains of thought, and agent skills for customized workflows.
  • Build & Configure: Set up AI agents and end-to-end processes, manage enterprise integrations with systems like Drupal, AEM, SFCC.
  • Own Technical Outcomes: Act as the primary technical contact for strategic accounts and drive quality results.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with GTM, Product & Engineering and customer teams to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Leverage Linguistic Expertise: Apply linguistic principles to ensure quality and consistency across implementations.
  • Project Management & Executive Communication: Manage projects, timelines, and stakeholder communications effectively.
  • Platform Demonstration: Build and deliver demos to showcase platform pain-workflow functionality.

What We’re Looking For

  • BS/MS in engineering, analytics, or related field with 3+ years relevant experience.
  • Experience with REST APIs, Github, AI SaaS workflows, and technical solution design.
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting, technical support, and custom solution creation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with various audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative approach, and willingness to travel up to 40%.
