Role Overview
This role is for a Talent Acquisition Manager passionate about sourcing and recruiting for Go-To-Market (GTM) and sales roles. The successful candidate will directly contribute to revenue growth by attracting and hiring top talent for Slalom's sales and GTM ecosystem in Canada. You will leverage your expertise in recruiting for revenue-generating positions, including business development, client partners, and alliances. A key aspect of this role involves effectively promoting Slalom's brand, value proposition, and growth story to passive candidates in a competitive market, positioning Slalom as an employer of choice.
As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Canada – Montreal region within the Americas recruiting team, you will bring a strong understanding of the local linguistic, cultural, regulatory, and talent market dynamics. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from pipeline development and assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding. Building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines through community engagement, event participation, and cultivating relationships with passive candidates will be crucial. Delivering a high-touch, consultative candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, strong engagement, and alignment with Slalom's culture and values is paramount. You will also mentor and collaborate with recruiting peers, share best practices, ensure compliance, and provide French language support to the broader Americas Talent Acquisition team.
What You Will Bring
- Over 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Proven success in recruiting for revenue-generating roles, including quota-carrying sales, account management, solution or industry sales, partner sales, and sales leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment while maintaining a high-quality, consultative approach.
- Exceptional stakeholder partnership skills with the confidence to influence and advise leaders.
- Experience using ATS, CRM tools, market data, and social sourcing platforms to build scalable GTM recruiting pipelines.
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) is required.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role. While collaboration is primarily remote, there may be requirements to work onsite as requested by your team leader.
