About the Role

As a Principal Data Strategist at Slalom, you will align clients’ business strategies with their data initiatives. You will craft compelling value cases for data utilization and establish metrics to measure the impact of implemented strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Define how clients use data to drive business.
  • Advise on building a data-driven culture aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Conduct data and AI maturity assessments and propose roadmaps.
  • Optimize structures to support agile data and analytics efforts.
  • Collaborate with clients to execute transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in building holistic data strategies.
  • Expertise in modern cloud-based architectures and tools.
  • Knowledge of Data Governance and KPI monitoring.
  • At least 7+ years in consulting and managing multi-project initiatives.
  • Experience advising executive teams and establishing governance bodies.
  • Track record in data transformation programs and fostering data-driven cultures.
