What You'll Do:

• Conduct customer workshops to identify the business processes for digital transformation and the accompanying requirements
• Create data intake forms with Power Apps (Model Driven, Canvas or Power Pages Portal) with attendant workflows and validation
• Build AI-centric solutions with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure Foundry
• Integrate data from other sources with Power Automate and other tools
• Persist data using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL or other databases

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with Copilot Studio is a plus
• Familiarity with custom code extension for Power Platform is a plus (e.g. PCF, Client-side Scripting, .Net Plug-ins, Custom connectors)
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
• Strong business acumen
• Self-driven individual with a bias for action

Work Arrangement:

This is a hybrid role. While a flexible work arrangement is in place, there is an expectation to be on-site if required by your team leader.

Compensation & Benefits:

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the Consultant level, the expected base salary ranges from $91,000 to $113,000, with potential for an 8% discretionary bonus. For the Senior Consultant level, the expected base salary ranges from $109,000 to $136,000, with potential for a 10% discretionary bonus. Actual compensation is dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
