What You’ll Do

As a Change Manager, you will craft and implement customized strategies for seamless transitions to future states. You will lead stakeholder engagement and communication efforts, deliver effective learning programs, and build a network of change champions. You will also identify resistance, mitigate challenges, implement robust measurement systems, and develop post-implementation support strategies. Moreover, you will leverage AI tools to create deliverables efficiently.

What You’ll Bring

You should have 5+ years of experience in change management, learning and development or talent management. A deep knowledge of change management tools, principles, and methodologies is expected and certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP) is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in delivering clear communication across all levels, collaboration in diverse teams, and an ability to quickly build industry-specific knowledge. Experience with AI capabilities is an added advantage.
