Who You’ll Work With

We are seeking a visionary AI Strategist to join our team at Slalom. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of AI-driven strategies that unlock value for our clients by blending deep technical expertise with business acumen.

What You’ll Do

You will:

  • Lead AI discovery sessions with clients to assess business challenges and AI readiness.
  • Design and deliver AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with business and technical trends.
  • Identify, validate, and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across various functions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, designers, and domain experts to implement AI solutions.
  • Keep clients informed on emerging trends in AI such as LLMs, generative AI, and autonomous agents.
  • Develop client-facing white papers, strategy presentations, and executive briefings.
  • Advise on AI governance, responsible AI practices, and regulatory implications.
  • Support proposal development and pitch materials for AI consulting opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

You should have a minimum of 5 years in consulting, strategy, or innovation with at least 2 years focused on AI. A proven track record managing AI initiatives, exposure to AI/ML technologies and platforms, stellar communication skills and workshop facilitation experience are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industries like financial services, healthcare, manufacturing or public sector and familiarity with ethical AI practices are valued. Knowledge of tools such as Power BI and Python is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

Competitive base salary ranging from $122,000 to $255,000 with potential annual bonus, along with generous benefits including paid time off, parental leave, 401(k) match, subsidized health plans, and additional well-being reimbursements.
