Overview

As an AI Governance Outcomes Leader at Slalom, you will guide clients in developing and implementing AI/ML strategies aligned with governance, oversight, and regulatory expectations. This role blends technical, policy, and business acumen to deliver impactful solutions across diverse industries, including healthcare, life sciences, and banking.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop frameworks and guidelines for responsible AI and AI Governance.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of AI systems to mitigate risks, biases, and ethical concerns.
  • Set up policies, controls, and risk frameworks in collaboration with clients.
  • Enhance transparency and explainability of AI systems for improved trust.
  • Select appropriate technologies and support AI transformation initiatives.
  • Engineer AI platforms with embedded controls for security, compliance, and auditability.
  • Provide training on responsible AI practices and represent Slalom in thought leadership activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client success in AI adoption.

What You’ll Bring

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field or technical background.
  • At least 2 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI.
  • Experience in high-regulated industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Banking.
  • Expertise in socio-technical aspects of AI including bias, fairness, and ethics.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
