Your Role

As a Product-Focused User Researcher at Skyscanner, you will join the growing Customer Experience (CX) team to embed user insights at every stage of product development. Reporting to the Senior Research Manager for the Meta Vertical (Flights, Accommodation, and Cars), you will drive product research and provide actionable insights that shape strategy and roadmap planning.

  • Lead end-to-end research initiatives using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Translate user insights into product recommendations and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists.
  • Work with Analytics and Market Intelligence to triangulate user behavior and trends.
  • Champion the user's voice across the product lifecycle.

About You

You bring proven experience in product research in fast-paced environments such as tech, ecommerce, or travel. You are skilled in designing and executing research methods from usability testing to interviews, and you excel at turning complex user needs into clear, actionable narratives. A growth mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential. Bonus points for familiarity with travel tech or ecommerce, experimentation frameworks, and metrics-driven development.
