Role Overview: Contract Graphic Designer
We are seeking a mid-level contract graphic designer for our Q4 season. This role supports senior staff by creating performance-driven creative work focused on e-mail and paid social channels. The role is a contract position running from September 29th through December 2025, up to 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Work autonomously with senior designers to execute creative concepts for e-mail, paid social, Amazon, and Site channels.
- Collaborate with channel partners to test, iterate, and use data for creative decisions.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills while working in a highly collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating experience in e-mail and paid social creative.
- Self-starter with a low ego and agile working style.
Nice to Have
- UI design experience supporting web channels (Site, Amazon).
- Experience designing for brands catering to parents of young children.
- Experience working in a high-growth agency or company on paid social campaigns.
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms.
