We are seeking a Performance Marketer (please note that internally we call this role a Creative Strategist) who can own the performance of multiple offers and lead the creative direction behind paid acquisition campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of psychology, data, and execution. You are not just coming up with ideas. You are responsible for performance outcomes. Copywriting is key - you MUST be an experienced Copywriter. You will develop creative testing roadmaps, interpret performance data, direct designers, generate new campaign angles, integrate AI into creative workflows, create the copy, and lead creative iteration cycles at speed.You'll Love This Job If....

Role Responsibilities
- Own the performance of your offers.
- Constantly develop and brainstorm new creative campaigns to build.
- Manage and lead your team.
- Draft weekly performance reports with valuable insights and KPIs.
- Track all tasks in ClickUp to ensure nothing slips through.
- Monitor performance using tracking tools
- Actively participate in client calls via Zoom.
- Constantly test and tune into new trends, tools, apps, etc.
- Understand and appreciate how to implement AI into your workflow.
Role Requirements
- 3+ years managing client accounts in a performance-based environment.
- 3+ years running traffic, and MUST have 3+ copywriting experience
- Experienced in Art Direction and Graphic Design.
- Strong skills in Branding and developing cohesive brand identities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and reliability under pressure.
- Ability to analyze performance data and present client-facing insights.
- Comfortable working on EST.
- Reliably answer and adapt to chat inquiries on weekends and nights.
