Responsibilities:

• Develop business cases, financial models, and strategic roadmaps for Skydropx's various ventures.
• Design, evaluate, and select business models aligned with the company's strategy, with sufficient robustness for implementation and market entry.
• Define clear, measurable, and aligned goals for New Ventures, ensuring consistency with business priorities.
• Build structured and actionable roadmaps to validate, launch, and scale initiatives within the ventures portfolio.
• Monitor the status of business models, ventures, and project portfolios, providing visibility to facilitate decision-making.
• Conduct investment analysis to evaluate the viability and required resources of each initiative, in line with strategic and financial objectives.
• Execute market and competitive analysis, including benchmarks, acquisition evaluations, and other growth opportunities.
• Prepare strategic projects and executive materials for internal and external stakeholders, synthesizing key information clearly, structurally, and actionably.
• Actively participate in fundraising processes, supporting the preparation of materials, analysis, data rooms, and follow-up with potential investors.
• Address requests from investors and the C-Team, coordinating information in a timely, reliable, and well-structured manner.
• Support investor relations through the preparation of reports, presentations, business updates, and follow-up materials.
• Contribute to building the strategic narrative of the company and ventures to current and potential investors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement strategies, unblock issues, manage resources, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of results.

Requirements:

• Experience in Top-Tier Consulting firms, Venture Capital, Corporate Innovation Departments, Labs, New Ventures of a unicorn, and/or previous experience in a similar role.
• Financial knowledge: Ability to validate business models and conduct economic feasibility studies.
• Advanced English (Oral and Written).
• Analytical capacity: Ability to quickly identify a sector, understand its key elements, and size the economic potential of an idea.
• Inspiring leadership: Ability to build networks with stakeholders and coordinate projects.
• Make it happen: Skill to execute new ideas to create something tangible.
• Rigor and attention to detail: Define what needs to be done, when, and do not miss anything. You are ultimately responsible for everything that is done, presented, and executed.
• Proactivity: Solve problems that arise, proposing new ways to channel them with critical thinking.
