Brand & Planning Manager at Sky

As a Brand & Planning Manager in Sky’s Corporate Affairs team, you’ll help shape and amplify Sky’s story across social, digital and owned platforms, internally and externally. Using creativity, cultural awareness and data‑led insight, you’ll play a key role in building trust in the Sky brand.
What You’ll Do
- Curate stories from across the business to share the Sky Story and Sky Values externally and internally (including D&I, Sport and Entertainment), and create a year‑round brand editorial calendar identifying the right moments and narratives to drive trust in the Sky brand.
- Publish content across multiple channels and touchpoints for Sky, driving content distribution across social, digital and internal platforms in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Lead platform best‑practice and roadmap conversations, curate meetings to bring best practice into Corporate Affairs with the Editorial Lead, and monitor platform changes, updating the UK Comms team accordingly.
- Monitor online conversations and trends, identify credible and authentic opportunities for Sky to react, interact with creators and influencers, track influencer mentions, and engage via Sky branded channels in a timely manner.
- Identify day‑to‑day risks, gaps and clashes in the content calendar with recommendations and solutions, pull daily, weekly and monthly reports to inform future planning, consolidate reporting across verticals and channels, and support the Editorial Lead with budget management.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in multichannel management within entertainment, media or brand environments.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, content formats and audience behaviours across multiple touchpoints, including internal, external and social platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally, with a clear understanding of channel nuances and a focus on simplification.
- Experience creating and delivering campaigns in a cross‑channel environment.
- Strong project management skills.
- Data‑literate and insight‑driven, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Your office base: Osterley
Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
