About the Affiliate & Streamer Outreach Manager LATAM iGaming Role

We are expanding across Latin America and looking for a driven, results-oriented professional with proven iGaming experience to identify, contact, and sign streamers and influencers in the region. This is a remote role perfect for someone who understands creator culture, communicates strongly in English, and can build lasting partnerships in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify streamers, influencers, and content creators on platforms like Kick, Twitch, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Conduct outreach via DMs, Telegram, or email for affiliate or sponsorship collaborations.
  • Negotiate deals and onboard creators into ongoing campaigns.
  • Maintain long-term relationships and ensure campaign alignment.
  • Provide weekly updates and reporting on outreach progress.

Requirements

  • Proven iGaming experience (casino, sports betting, or related affiliate marketing).
  • Fluent English for management and reporting.
  • Native or fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Active presence on Instagram or other social media platforms.
  • Competency in using Instagram, Telegram, Discord, and YouTube for outreach.
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset.

Compensation & Employment

Compensation is commission-based during the trial period (paid per signed streamer or influencer) with the possibility of full-time employment (fixed salary + bonuses) once performance targets are met.

This is a 100% remote role open to candidates across Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, etc.).
