• AI / Technology: AI Engineer, Data Engineer, Blockchain Developer, Full-Stack Developer, DevOps / Automation EngineerWork on AI wealth agents, data pipelines, predictive models, and blockchain infrastructure using technologies like Python, JS, APIs, LLMs, and DeFi.
• Finance / Accounting / Research: Financial Analyst, Quant Researcher, Accounting & Compliance, Treasury Analyst, Investor RelationsAnalyze markets, design models (SKORE 2.1 & XY), manage accounting workflows, and support investor reporting.
• HR / People Ops / Back Office: HR Intern, Talent Acquisition, Training Assistant, Office Coordinator, Legal AssistantManage onboarding processes, hiring funnels, documentation, and compliance while actively shaping company culture.
• Marketing / Brand / Merchandising: Social Media, Content Writer, Graphic Designer, Merchandising, Video EditorRun campaigns, create engaging content and visuals, design merchandise, and strengthen the SKXYWTF brand identity across various platforms.
• Operations / Strategy / Administration: Executive Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, Project Manager, Event Lead, Community ManagerCoordinate deliverables, organize key events, and connect with student clubs, investors, and strategic partners.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate effectively across tech, finance, and creative disciplines.
• Conduct thorough research, perform in-depth analysis, and present actionable insights.
• Build impactful dashboards, execute engaging campaigns, or develop internal systems.
• Participate in weekly founder sessions and peer project reviews, gaining direct feedback and exposure.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate from any academic discipline.
• Demonstrated curiosity about startups, fintech, financial markets, or technological innovation.
• Possess strong communication skills and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Ability to commit 8–20 hours per week, with a remote work arrangement and flexible scheduling.
• Helpful Skills (varies by track): Python, JavaScript/Next.js, SQL, Excel/Sheets, Financial Modeling, Figma/Adobe, Copywriting, Social Media, Notion, Google Workspace, TradingView, Blockchain APIs, HR Tools, Project Management.

Duration

The internship typically lasts 8–12 weeks and is extendable based on performance and project needs. We offer rolling start dates throughout the year.

Compensation

This is an unpaid internship, primarily designed for valuable experience and learning. Interns are eligible for academic credit through their university and will receive a certificate of completion plus a reference letter. Top performers may be invited to paid or equity roles as we scale.
