Senior Data Scientist LLMs & Applied AI
We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist (LLMs & Applied AI) to design and deliver production-grade AI solutions, with a focus on fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models on proprietary data. You’ll work at the intersection of machine learning, data engineering, and real-world product delivery, turning advanced models into scalable, business-ready systems.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, clean, and structure proprietary datasets for training and evaluation
- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs using techniques such as LoRA / QLoRA
- Design evaluation frameworks to measure model performance and business impact
- Build and deploy inference pipelines for production use
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions
- Improve model performance through experimentation, iteration, and data-centric approaches
- Contribute to architecture decisions around scalable AI systems
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning roles
- Strong background in ML, NLP, and applied statistics
- Hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Experience working with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompting, or RAG-based systems)
- Solid understanding of model evaluation, experimentation, and performance trade-offs
- Experience deploying models into production environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with MLOps (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
- Familiarity with RAG architectures or vector databases
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
