Internship Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern who is passionate about working with data and uncovering meaningful insights. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will work with real datasets, assist in generating reports, and support data-driven decision-making processes across teams. You will gain exposure to professional tools, structured workflows, and collaborative project environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured datasets
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and trends
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using Excel or BI tools
• Assist in preparing KPI and performance reports
• Validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc analysis requests
• Interpret analytical results and present findings clearly
• Maintain documentation of processes and reporting standards

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying data (preferred)
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools (preferred)
• Understanding of basic statistical concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• Academic or personal projects related to analytics (optional but beneficial)
• Interest in business intelligence and reporting
