Opportunity Highlights & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact pre-sales support through demos, pilots, and evaluations.
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover customer needs and tailor solutions.
- Leverage AI to improve demo preparation and solution customization.
- Lead pilot programs and strategically position Skillsoft’s strengths.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and maintain CRM documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years in Pre-sales or Solutions Consultant roles with experience in Talent Development Platforms, excellent presentation skills, and technical integration knowledge (SSO, REST APIs, SCORM, AICC, xAPI). A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required. Field based role with 25-35% travel.
