SkillsCapital is seeking a highly driven and structured Go-to-Market (GTM) Intern to support global market expansion. You will collaborate closely with founders and the leadership team to build pipeline, engage global clients, and directly contribute to revenue growth.

We are now entering the 20 → 200 phase, focusing on scaling pipeline, expanding global reach, and building repeatable GTM engines.
Role Overview
As a GTM Intern, you will drive pipeline creation and business growth through sales, partnerships, and market development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting outbound GTM efforts (LinkedIn, email, targeted outreach) across global markets.
- Identifying and researching potential clients, partners, and market segments.
- Assisting in building and managing sales pipeline and lead tracking.
- Supporting partnership outreach with consulting firms, staffing companies, and system integrators.
- Coordinating with internal teams for timely follow-ups and execution.
- Contributing to GTM experiments, messaging, and campaign improvements.
This role demands speed, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and execute.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Final-year students, recent graduates, or early-stage professionals.
- Strong in written and spoken English for global communication.
- Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and structured execution.
- Interested in sales, startups, and global business development.
Ideal candidates take initiative, are comfortable with rejection and persistence, and think in terms of outcomes and learning. Prior experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, or startups is a plus.
