As a Business Analyst at Business Analyst at SkillFied Mentor, you’ll collaborate with mentors and project teams to understand business needs, identify performance gaps, and develop data-backed solutions that improve efficiency and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify improvement areas
  • Collect, clean, and interpret data to support decision-making
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI insights using Excel / Power BI
  • Identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions
  • Assist in requirement gathering, workflow mapping, and documentation

Ideal Candidate

Aspiring candidates are expected to have a degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related fields with a strong analytical mindset. Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or related tools is required along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
