About the role
About the Role
Our client is seeking creative and charismatic storytellers to join a cutting-edge initiative designed to train AI systems to better understand and describe the world in a natural, engaging way. As a City Guide Video Creator, you eighborhood local narrator, producing short, dynamic “walk-and-talk” videos that showcase interesting locations near you. You’ll help capture authentic, human perspectives that reflect the character, diversity, and beauty of your surroundings.
A minimum of 5 video submissions per week is required, with each video lasting on average 3 minutes. The estimated effort per video including preparation, travel within the local area, and content capture is around 2 hours, which makes the minimum weekly time commitment approximately 10 hours up to 40. There is no upper limit on the number of high-quality, unique videos that can be uploaded each week by each participant. Participants will be compensated as per the estimates above, i.e. 5 approved video submissions x 2 hours = 10 hours x hourly rate. A typical workday would be creating and recording content and uploading to our Google Drive. Online availability is not particularly necessary but should adhere with limited discussion/collaboration with the delivery manager in case of queries/improvement.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
- Create 1–5 minute “walk-and-talk” videos highlighting public places in your city (parks, landmarks, markets, or cultural spots).
- Speak naturally on camera, providing friendly, conversational commentary as if guiding a viewer in person.
- Record smooth, steady footage using your smartphone or camera with clear audio.
- Choose safe, public locations where filming is legally allowed.
- Follow provided creative guidelines, ensuring each video has a clear introduction, middle section, and conclusion.
- Submit videos along with accurate location details (name and address or coordinates).
- Respect privacy and safety best practices when filming in public areas.
