About SKF Marine

For SKF Marine GmbH, we are looking for a Technischer Mitarbeiter Customer Service Wellenkomponenten at our Hamburg location.

Your Responsibilities

  • Creating offers and orders, as well as order processing for spare parts and serviceleistungen for German and international customers in SAP R/3, including follow-up.
  • Advising customers regarding SKF Marine service offerings.
  • Scheduling service technicians/installers (m/w/d) considering available capacities.
  • Preparing technical information for service assignments.
  • Travel planning, considering international travel conditions, with support from our back office.
  • Processing and reviewing assembly and travel times in SAP R/3.
  • Technical post-processing of service orders, including commercial preparation for invoicing, budget monitoring, and contract management.
  • Controlling and monitoring internal production orders and their delivery.
  • Technical support for field service.

Our Requirements

  • Completed technical training.
  • Experience in offer creation and order processing, ideally with an affinity for the maritime world.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and SAP knowledge.
  • Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken.
  • Confident demeanor and strong team and communication skills, including in an international environment.
  • Solution-oriented and independent work style.
  • Enjoy planning worldwide assembly trips for service technicians (m/w/d).
  • Willingness to be available for colleagues (m/w/d) on service assignments and our customers beyond normal office hours.
