The Opportunity: Account Executive at Skello
Our exceptional Sales team has been pivotal to Skello's exponential growth, and this is just the beginning! To continue this momentum, Skello is recruiting Account Executives ready to conquer key players in the Retail, Healthcare, and Hospitality sectors. This role is crucial for Skello's growth, playing an essential part in achieving our ambition to become the market leader.
As an Account Executive at Skello, you will be an outstanding closer, adept at developing a comprehensive strategy to penetrate and grow your existing portfolio.

- As a top performer within your team, you will drive sales performance in tandem with a Business Development Representative (BDR).
- You will deliver significant value to our clients by addressing their core challenges with an intuitive and reliable tool.

Your Missions:
You will manage the entire sales cycle, from A to Z:
- Proactively hunt for new opportunities in collaboration with your BDR and leverage your network.
- Conduct product demos and lead negotiations through to contract signing.
- Provide initial training for your new clients.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes.

Your Team:
You will be supported by an amazing team that will onboard and guide you until you are fully comfortable with your responsibilities:
- A Team Leader who will provide daily coaching to enhance your skills and help you reach your full potential.
- Onboarders and Customer Success Managers (CSM) with whom you will collaborate closely to retain the clients you acquire.
- A Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be your true partner in acquiring as many clients as possible.
Who You Are:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales with a solid understanding of the SaaS market.
- You are eager to get involved with a booming startup poised to become a market leader.
- Empathetic and passionate about human connection, you build strong relationships with clients and your team.
- Possess strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Capable of autonomously managing the entire sales cycle.
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, and persistent, with an unwavering optimism that stops at nothing.
- You have a true commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
- Persuasive and unafraid of challenges, known for your negotiation skills.

- 15-minute call: With a Talent Acquisition Specialist to understand your background and aspirations.
- 60-minute Business Interview: With Raphaël (Sales Manager and potential future Team Leader) to delve into your skills, learning desires, and answer your questions.
- 30-minute Culture & Values Interview: With Alexis (Head of Sales) to assess your fit within Skello's environment, present our culture, and answer your questions.
- 30-minute Vision Interview: With Quitterie (CEO) to understand your long-term projections.
