About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the SEO & AI Search Manager drives brand visibility and qualified traffic by optimizing content for traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.

  • Develop and execute SEO and AEO/GEO strategies.
  • Optimize content, technical SEO, and structured data.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and demand generation teams.
  • Implement schema markup strategies to enhance AI platform recognition.
  • Report performance and insights to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, planning, and execution for Skan AI's SEO programs.
  • Identify high-impact search queries and optimize content architecture.
  • Support content teams with data-driven insights and competitor analysis.
  • Design and implement comprehensive schema markup strategies.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration with marketing ops and demand generation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Over 5 years in SEO and content strategy in tech/B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise in traditional search engines and AI search platforms.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various CMS platforms.
  • Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
